Vincent Catteruccia is a nationally recognized expert in the field of job performance as it relates to postural deficits & injury. His clientele includes household names in business, professional sports, etc., but he has dedicated himself to the industrial athlete.
Vincent Catteruccia has garnered a great following for not only his knowledge and dynamic personality, but for his uncanny ability to course-direct often debilitating soft tissue injury in just one session. He goes beyond symptoms and standards. He has encyclopedic knowledge of the intricacies of body movement & athleticism of the industrial athlete. He is the driving force behind Adaptive Ergonometry, injury prevention & return to work solutions.

Heather Coffman, PhD
Program Manager
Heather Coffman has a background in higher education and community/corporate wellness. She began working with Workforce Intelligence as a trainer and is now a Program Manager. She works closely with Vincent Catteruccia, assisting clients across the country in returning to work. She provides education and support to clients so they can return to work quickly and safely, preventing further injury.

Julie Minnich, B.S., C.C.M.
Director of Case Management
Julieanne Minnich is an experienced field and telephonic case manager. She has managed many complex medical cases as well as long term disability and vocational claims. Her approach is extremely professional and helps direct all parties to the successful rehabilitation and return to work outcome for the client.
Julie is especially adept at developing professional relationships with all the stakeholders on a case from attorneys & adjusters to managers & safety professionals.

Dan Minnich, M.S., C.R.C.

Dan Minnich has worked for over 25 years in the risk, rehabilitation and return to work field. He has been instrumental in designing and implementing Nationwide Early Intervention management systems. His foremost achievement has been working with a large union construction company that has yielded tremendous benefits for the employees, including 12 years without a lost-time injury. This translates into/11 million work hours without a lost time injury and company EMR of .58 - the best in the heavy construction industry.
Through the years it has become evident to Dan that the best approach to safety and cost-containment is to focus on the health and well-being of each individual employee.

Operations Manager
Kassy Medina brings 10 years of rehabilitation operations management to WIP.
She is expert at developing & continually improving upon current processes. She also manages and ensures the day to day administrative tasks are completed.
Kassy is key personnel in assisting the professional staff. She is expert in recruiting talent, hiring & training.
